Even though the hotel is quite good and room is clean, our pillow cover is dirty and we asked them to change but no response as the front lady said she will ask other to inform about it.

Not worth the money

This is an adequate hotel for 800bht all day long but not worth more. The staff don’t seem to comprehend English or Thai. They will let you choose items from the breakfast menu only to go away then return to say they don’t have, item after item. The hotel is on the ring road a long walk from the beach, the staff are unable to organise taxis despite the signs claiming they can. I checked out 2 days early.

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendl.

The hotel is situated in a very busy which creates a lot of noise day and night. However it is clean and well maintained and you could not ask for friendlier staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rip off

I booked and prepaid for a "super delux room with a view", the best room they offer, when I arrived I was placed in a ground floor standard room that was blocked by a cement wall from the front street and when I complained, they tried to extort an additional up charge of 300 baht to give me a room above ground. This hotel sits on the highway which is extremely noisy. The hotel is 30 minutes walk to the beach down a busy highway street. The room had black mold In The bathroom and the pillows were brown stained. The staff manager is very rude and pretends to not understand English when you complain. Expedia should remove this hotel from their offering lists. Avoid staying if at all possible.

Comfy and clean hotel

We only stayed here for one night as they had 24/7 reception so it was a convenient place to crash when we landed in Phuket. Wish we'd stayed longer as it was a lovely place with a nice vibe to it. Pool table in good condition and pool looked great.

Dilapidated hotel long way from Karong beach.

Long way from beach with no transport, no charm and lousy food. Way past use by date. Contrary to booking agreement, charged my credit card four weeks before arrival date.

The pictures do make the hotel look better than what it was, however it was clean but basic. The wifi was great throughout the room and hotel. The staff were friendly however didn't speak great English. The location was ok, about a 15 min walk to the beach and shops. Make sure you lock your valuables in the save or a LOCKED suitcase as apparently the cleaner may go down your unlike suitcase to steal money etc, however this didn't happen to me. Another guest told me it happened to her and the manager refused to help. The room is cleaned every day however they left the same bedding on my bed for my whole 6 day stay.

Ok hotel, but would have expected more for price

The hotel is ok, but for the price we would have expected a bit more. Except for the pool and size of the room some budget chain hotels offer more in the area. TV is old, Wifi is not strong enough to get into the room. No coffee, tea or water in the room. Big towels are nice, got additional pillows when asked for it. Service is good too.

Good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Room was good, quiet, clean, great little pool, staff and owners were very friendly. We enjoyed our time here. Walking distance to restaurants. 15 min walk to beach.

Sweet hotel in walking distance to Karon and Kata

This hotel was in great location as you can walk to Karon and Kata looking at all the street markets and restaurants along your way. The pool was a great addition to the hotel as the weather gets very very hot. Its a great way to cool down in the shade of the hotels pool. All the Hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and smiley and speak a good amount of English to make your feel comfortable in the environment. Hotel looks just like the photos on their website, would defiantly stay here again.

A quiet and cozy hidden gem in Karon Beach

The staff are very friendly and the level of English is GREAT. The air-con works perfectly, windows in the room have netting to stop mosquito's from entering. Excellent WiFi everywhere on the property. It feels like a little oasis with in a small beach town, with a clean deep pool for refreshing evening swims. They gave me a room to shower and freshen up before my evening flight since I had been to the beach that afternoon. Nothing is too much for the staff. They have an all day menu and the food is delicious!! Two types of rooms. The bungalows are at the back of the property, and you follow a bamboo lined pathway, to your room. Nice and quiet. The other rooms are in the main building, larger and more modern. I enjoyed the bungalow rooms. The hotel is close to the Saturday evening market. An awesome place to enjoy local foods and buy bargains. Short walk to ATM, massages, tourist stalls, 7/11 etc.

Basic but clean!!!!!

Stayed here in our first here nights in Thailand. Stayed in a bungalow which is situated down a gravel track down the side of the hotel. The room is very basic, but was really clean with a comfortable bed. Ok this is not a luxury accommodation but with what we paid for two bungalows for three nights suppose we got what we paid for. The hotel is situated around a 10/15 minute walk out of Karon Beach.

Great value

Spotlessly clean! quiet location but close enough to main part of town and beach, very friendly owners, possibility to rent motorbikes / book trips / taxi service available at the hotel. Gym located down the road for a small fee, very big comfortable beds, 2 free bottles of water every day, free wifi that worked fast!, Fantastic swimming pool. towels / umbrella's / mats and beach games are provided free of charge! We had a perfect stay and really felt at home! Thank you so much.

Amazing stay

This was the most friendliest place we have stayed yet in Thailand, the staff couldn't do enough for us. our room was very clean and well decorated. it had everything we needed. The bar and restaurant area was very relaxing with its sofa's, the pool table was free to play and was a great way of getting to know people over a game. The pool was crystal clear and a great way to cool off at the end of a hot day. The food was great especially the breakfast. Thanks to the owner supong and her staff, with their local knowledge we were able to visit many places of interest. We extended our stay here.

Love this place

After 10 years of staying in big hotels, this time i changed to a smaller hotel at the hillside of Karon. It was really a pleasant surprise for me how nice this little hotel was, also the hotel owner was such a lovely and helpful Lady. They have only 20 rooms at the hotel so it creates a very friendly atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean, swimming pool was lovely and staff were great. I will stay here again next time for sure.

Alors que j avais réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes deux adultes et un enfant de 16 ans il m ont fait payer 3000 bath de plus alors que j avais tout payer par Apple pay C est le genre de situation qui me dissuade de réitérer l expérience.
