The Novotel Phuket offers the perfect balance of comfort and exceptional hospitality. The staff were polite, attentive, and accommodating, granting us a complimentary early check-in that made our arrival so much smoother. The facilities are great—especially the spa and the rooftop views—but it’s the location that adds real convenience, with a 7-Eleven and currency exchange just steps away. A perfect choice for travelers who want 5-star service without the stiffness of a luxury resort.

There was a cockroach in our room, we never got any new water in our room when our room was remade, the pool doesn't have much/any sunshine, a bit of a weird area (all the stores are closed down around the hotel). Overall it was fine but wouldn't come back.

Breakfast was just right . Not a huge selection but all u need in one place. Omelet was very nice . The chef was always smiling at the omelet station and made it perfect . Also loved the local food at breakfast the soup station the most. Only let down was the coffee machines . The coffee is not good at all . Get rid of those machines .
