We stayed at this hotel for one week in Phuket as a family, and our experience was truly amazing.The hotel staff surprised my daughter on her birthday by beautifully decorating her bed, writing “Happy Birthday” in their own lovely style, and leaving a small cake with candles in the room. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made her day very special.The room was extremely clean, spacious, and cool, with a lovely pool view from the third floor. The bed, pillows, and blanket were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The service throughout our stay was excellent. All staff members were friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The entire hotel was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The swimming pool was very large and perfect for families. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh, and varied, with slight changes to the menu each day, which we really appreciated. The location was also fantastic — very close to shops, the beach, and Walking Street, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

The hotel is well located and that’s about the only thing good… Looks run down and old, rooms are dated and the curtains have holes plus you need lot of effort to close them fully… Breakfast is tasteless, service will take forever, reception would give you useless answers… you have to pay 100 baht for 30 minutes if you want to use the pool table. Ping Pong table could fall off any minute, the rackets have already disintegrated…. Pool is crowded ALL the time Totally avoidable!! Didn’t expect this from an Accor property…

Everything was great. Only thing we put room cleaning request at 11am but when we came back about 2 plus room was still not cleaned. In the end we did not want the cleaning anymore and just requested some items instead.

Great experience at this hotel. Loved the food, the aircon, bathroom, giant bed. Our balcony door was a little hard to close and we ended up with a pet gecko who we named Gilbert. The pool and pool bar are fantastic (make sure to make use of happy hour!). It wasn't too busy at the end of November.

The staff were so lovely at the hotel and we enjoyed all the amenities available to us. The bed was comfortable and we had the pool access suite where we swam to the bar every morning for a cheeky cocktail. The buffet breakfast had so much variety. The only issue we had was that the shower head was dirty so when the water ran, there was a lot of build up which we had to clean off the shower head before use. Otherwise, would have given this place 5 stars.
