I enjoyed this hotel. It is smaller and not as crowded as other places. We received a complimentary upgrade and the room was very nice. The food was quite good and fairly priced. You can also order anywhere in the hotel and they will bring it to you. Breakfast was well done but not as big as some of the larger resorts. For me the locatiob was suitable, however it is on the top of a steep hill which is a somewhat difficult to walk if you are not in good condition. I think the hotel should consider a scheduled tuk tuk pick up and drop off throughout the day. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. If you're looking to stay at a friendly, welcoming, super comfortable hotel at Phuket that is close to the beach then look no further. The hotels decor is very unique and works so well! I had mentioned in my booking that we would be on honeymoon and they surprised us with a honeymoon setup room and a few vouchers - which we really appreciated. I had booked this via Hotels.com (Expedia) and they honoured Expedia vouchers too. I was hesitant booking here initially as we wanted to be closer to the beach however the hotel offer a shuttle service to Karon - and it really isn't that far. Beach beds can be hired at 100 Baht per person (at the time of writing) and Karon beach itself is a very nice beach. The hotel also offers a complimentary beach towel service despite not being beachfront - which is very thoughtful. The service and attention to detail is second to none. The staff are super friendly and communicate well. The facilities themselves are very good and the rooms are spacious (based on the premium deluxe room).We especially loved sitting on the rooftop pool tables and sipping cocktails whilst watching the sun go down (again, a unique features with westwards facing view). There are lots of small lounging areas around the hotel too - each with their own 'vibe'. As they are perched up on a hill, the views surrounding the hotel are great!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the pacific club resort. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious. We had a great view of the water and the rooftop pool at sunset is amazing. The staff are super attentive and kind. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The restaurant here is also really good. We also used the laundry service and the hotel spa both were great

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pacific Club Resort in Karon, Thailand. The entire hotel was spotless, from the beautifully maintained common areas and rooftop pool, to our pristine, comfortable room. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast each morning was fantastic with plenty of options, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was just as amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Pacific Club Resort to anyone visiting Karon.

Pacific Club Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive — a special thanks to Sun, the front desk and Eric, the owner, who clearly takes pride in creating a warm, relaxing environment for every guest. The resort has a peaceful boutique charm with modern comfort. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop pool with ocean views was absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. The restaurant served delicious, fresh meals daily, and the service was consistently outstanding. The spa treatments were a highlight — the oil massage, facial, and foot detox were among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, leaving me completely relaxed. Even the airport transfers were seamless and professional, with drivers who were friendly and punctual. Pacific Club feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home — a place where you’re cared for, not just accommodated. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, reflects true hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket who values comfort, quality, and genuine warmth.

Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry.

I stayed for the second time at Pacific Club Resort, and they continue to live up to their 'home away from home' excellence. The rooms and amenities are clean, comfortable and high quality, and all the staff are friendly and customer service focused - many remembered me from my last visit. I had an issue with the balcony door lock at 11pm at night that was fixed within 15 minutes - definitely exceeding my expectations. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made to order egg station, and the restaurant food is excellent. The resort is very close to a convenience store, fruit market and other restaurants and services, but far enough away from the main street to be safe and quiet. Amazing. Love this hotel. Sun, the manager, made it even more spectacular. Staff is wonderful. Massages onsite and lovely. Restaurant food very good and affordable. Rooms are spacious and ensuite kitchenette is super handy. As much water as you want. Just ask and they will provide whatever you need. Laundry services available at the hotel. Lots of open space. The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful. Truly sad to leave
