There is a garbage heap next to the property which smells putrid and can be smelled from the dining area and between areas in the hotel. My aircon kept on having to be fixed, usually late at night, and didn't blow colder than 21 on a good day.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff (particularly Mr Tom and the reception team). Great buffet breakfast. A little out of town but a short tuk tuk ride or 15 minute walk. Nice spa. Nida was excellent. I'd stay there again!

The property location is Far from the mail Patong. The traffic back and forth is worst. The hotel needs some updating specially only allowed one key top open . it is 21st century I believed Key card will help get the hotel meet the new world.

We sort of faced racism while at the property. The staff during the breakfast acted as if we never existed, this environmemt persisted during our whole duration of the stay, other diners got imediate help and assistances whenever called upon, whereas we had to help ourselves in fetching the cutlery, glasses, etc. Even a simple query went unassisted. But the worse was they frequently made snide remarks and laughed about our ethnicity, it was good on my part that i understand thai. Such racist staff and behaviour has made me rethink of booking this resort and will not recomend it to anyone. Hope you understand and take imediate action on this.
