This hotel is peer luxury, an elegance. The staff is so accommodating, they almost anticipate your needs. The customer service was top. Notch, the grounds were beautiful. I stayed in a premium suite with balcony with a Riverview, and the sunsets were amazing. And there's also a shuttle boat. That takes you to icon siam, and back

A huge hotel complex with many dining options. At the time we were there it was VERY busy. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated but a little worn down. The location is perfect, right next to the river.

Nice but not amazing

The hotel and pool area were a bit tired and did not feel like the luxury that the brochures promised. In contrast, the reception area was beautiful and the evening pianist and singers et cetera were very good. The rooms need a good makeover. The location is very good for accessing the river boats and the skytrain.
