A Wow experience! The General Manager, Domingo Esquivel personally handled our disappointment regarding our previous hotel stay by directly emailing us. I was very pleased to know he took the time to address this matter because I felt valued as a customer and having our continued business

Good: Variety of breakfast available. Room was clean. Great location. Comfortable bed. Wifi is good. Pool and gym available. Needs Improvement: Pillow's were too flat. Bathroom sink was not draining and toilet base needed to be cleaned. TV programs had lagging .

Gracias a todos x la ayuda q recibi despues de mi cirujia ! La alfimbra de todos los pisos muy sucia,charolas y cosas de restaurant Todo El tiempo afuera de casa cuarto algunos hasta mas de un dia Creo poco personal dw restaurant nadie los recoger, temporada alta y no hay personal para limpiar pisos de los ninos en la alberca, no hay room service en la manana no hay seguridad todo mundo entra en el elevador, muchos detalles q no merecen llamarse Hilton! Gracias a Fernando,limbardo,Miguel de restaurant y todos los q me ayudaron ,Clara de housekeeping! Espero q arreglen todos los detalles computer no hay printers! La verdad no es Nivel de Hilton solo El precio! Gracias Elena

It is under the Hilton Brand. But it is a property managed by a local group.. therefore none of the Hilton honors are perks one has to ask and ask until a phone call to Hilton honors has to be made while checking in and first time I see biblical quotes on the wall of a lobby

The Hilton exceeded my expectations. I did not expect it to be this nice for the price. The hotel is very clean, with big rooms and a nice, comfy bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The area was decent, with a few food options nearby—though having a car definitely helps if you’re looking for more variety or higher-quality choices. I appreciated that the property is set back from the road, which helps minimize traffic noise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. There were USB outlets available, but no USB-C, which would have been more convenient. I didn’t use the in-room coffee maker, as the water reservoir looked a bit dirty. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

It's nice enough. Not a good place for a woman traveling alone. Staff could have been friendlier. I tried to go downstairs to get a drink. Very limited choices. Almost empty
