The staff was great. The room was clean and big.. But I've been there several times and Everytime I've gone the water wasn't hot enough to take a shower or path. That's important to me. I need the water a little hotter. Kickapoo needs to turn the temp up some. Some people can't take cool showers. That's the only thing that upsets me a lot. There's a lot of older people that go there and our bones hurt. We need hotter water for the showers. Kickapoo can turn the temp up some please. And I'm not the only one upset about it. I hear other people talking about it. Other then that I love Kickapoo. Just turn up the heat please.

The hotel is convenient to the casino. The hotel was quiet and no spinds ofvthe gaming can be heard. Dining facilties were plentiful food choices were many. Alwayschave a good time at Luckey Eagle

The staff were excellent. Didn’t like no top dollar machines and no free drinks while gambling, other resorts have them use bottom shelf liquor if customer wants top shelf then make them pay. Limits can be installed to make people responsible

Great stay!

I had an Amazing time at Kickapoo! The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff so friendly. The pool was small and they didn't have a microwave, at least in my room, but they did have a fridge. Luckily the Casino had a food court with several restaurants and all the non-alcoholic beverages were free. Security was top-notch, and the staff constantly cleaning the slots stations was great to see.
