This is one of the most special properties we have stayed at. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful from transportation to dining recommendations. We had a view of the valley from our deck that was breathtaking! The room itself was spacious, including the bathroom.The breakfast was plentiful with made to order coffee and the staff were on top of refilling the food and so polite!

Basic hotel in Pienza

Hotel was alright, but Hotels.com has zero customer service so will never use them or another Expedia company again. For the breakfast they do not refill the hot food so if you get there at 9am it is all gone.

Considering that the hotel is in a small town in Tuscany, it provides all modern amenities. It is in the center of the village close to dining, shopping, and amazing views.
