I liked it

It was good I loved it one thing is that the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way for breakfast. And if you need the tv change to a different output you need to call the front desk to have them come up with the real remote

This was the best bang for your buck. Breakfast is great, pool is warm. Pool and hot tub needed a good cleaning, though. Our only complaint is how thin the walls are. The people next to us were obnoxious and loud the entire time. We talked to the front desk, it helped a little. We would stay again, but pray for better neighbors.

Family time

Check -in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. We got a room overlooking the city side. The breakfast was hot and something different and delicious every day. This place is our home away from home and they always make it as comfortable as possible during our stay.

Location was excellent as was parking. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful with information concerning the hotel and the local area. Walls were very thin, and you could hear everything said in the adjacent rooms to include rooms across the hall. Beds were very comfortable but due to the noise levels in nearby rooms and hallway sleep was repeatedly disturbed. Check out clerk was not as friendly and refused to give copy of receipt, said I could just use the copy emailed to me. Thats not what I wanted or needed for business records at this time. Yes I could print out a copy at work, but how difficult was it to just go ahead and print me out a copy???

Loved this place! Very clean! Very nice staff! Will definitely be back! The only complaint I had was the pool was way too hot! The indoor pool was between 90-100 degrees and not refreshing at all after getting out of the hot tubs! I definitely don’t like a cold pool but this one was hot! Other guests made the same comments! Everything else was wonderful!!

Everything was great from the staff to the room and the food for breakfast. The only thing I would add an extra lock to the door to the balcony. They are really close together so it would be easy for someone to jump balconies to break in. We put the heavy chair in front of this door.

We booked this hotel based on its excellent reviews and I can see why the reviews are so good! I give it 5 stars plus! The only thing I found that they could improve on is better water pressure for the showers. And lower the water temperature in the indoor pool. The indoor pool water temp was the same as the hot tub. It would be better if it weee 10-15 degrees cooler to make it more refreshing. Also the outdoor hot tub temp was spot on and the water was super clear just need to fix the jets. The jets were plugged off due to an underground leak according to the maintenance guy at the hotel. I would book this hotel again without hesitation! The complimentary lemonade in the lobby was so good!! This is a wonderful newly remodeled hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
