Room was not ready when I arrived. Given room key that didn’t work. Then it stopped working the next day as well. Breakfast goes from 8am-9:30am so if you’re a early riser that wants to get out and adventure right away there’s no way you’ll be taking advantage of that.

The room was very dirty and run down. There were holes in the walls in both bathrooms. Several light fixtures either didn’t work, or didn’t have light bulbs. The pillows were extremely flat, and mattresses were all three very hard and creaky. Walls and fan blades were covered in both dust and dirt smudges. The upstairs shower drain was clogged with hair. The downstairs floor was peeling up and had many holes in the high traffic areas.

We stayed in honeymoon suite it’s absolutely huge and the jacuzzi and fireplace was amazing we went for new years( we have for last 5 years) and this is the absolute perfect location to the island we go 8-10 times a year to the smokies and found this place 3 months ago and have stayed 3 times since and this will be our first choice from now on

Ridiculously loud AC ~ Sounded like a hurricane was about to hit. Walls VERY thin!!! You could hear upstairs, next door and outside all night. As a first time guest, VERY disappointed!! Before arriving I was excited to stay here from the pictures online- yet deceiving. Loved the rustic feel - just so disappointed. Will not recommend or stay again. Deserve a refund.

It is in a great location, walkable, convenient to many area attractions including Dollywood. The loft rooms held the 4 of us easily but would be great for large families as long as your bedtime is all the same. However, it is aging, linens should be replaced, towels were stained although clearly washed. If you are not picky it is worth it.

Was told that breakfast was between 8 and 9. Lounge door was still locked at 830 am despite the fact there was supposed an office associate there 24 hours. Multiple outlets in our room did not work. The lamp by the kind size bed did not work. The rooms phone to call front office did not work. Jacuzzi tub in our loft was dirty, had to clean it before use. Dust all hanging from the ceiling. The complimentary shampoos on the bathroom counter were covered in some type of crusty gunk. Honestly dont think i would go back. Gfi was tripped and light did not work above the jacuzzi. There was a hole in the wall of our bathroom. The dresser in our room was falling apart. Honestly wish i could just get my money back frome my stay. Was not satisfied at all

We are glad we didn’t pay alot for the room. The floor was bad it looked like it was coming apart. The coffee maker was missing. I asked for one and they gave me one me didn’t work. I had to go get another one. The breakfast. Was a joke they didn’t have fruit or any thing fresh it was packaged junk food. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I definitely will not come back.
