Compare Winery Hotels in Pine Island

We have been several times during the past few years the hotel is in very good condition and the coffee is really good available 24 hours a day the breakfast has several choices that are good the rooms are clean the A/C and heat work great overall great place to stay we come sometimes for a quick weekend getaway from New York City will continue to come back. Great local diner and restaurants.

The hotel and room were very clean staff was friendly I got there early and they let me check in a little early which was very nice

The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is lackluster, I was looking at the highway for the most part and parking lot. Must go’s are the outlet malls which is a 10 minute drive with the stoplights. Parking is almost impossible.

My stay at Comfort Suites Hotel in Central Valley was a great experience overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service.

The hotel was decent for the price we paid. We didn’t notice any bugs, and both the room and the beds were clean enough. The only issue was that the shower curtain didn’t close properly, so water ended up splashing all over the bathroom after I showered. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they were kind enough to provide extra towels and bath mats.
