Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Many disappointing experiences -
1. Although front desk informed us at check-in that no TV service, it would have been appreciated with notification in advance.
2. Had to call front desk as bedding was incomplete. Someone delivered but we had to make up bedding as no offer to make up bedding.
3. Bathroom was a disgrace and we were unable to take showers as tub was plugged and water level was at least 4 - 6 ". Last guest left used soap bar on tub. Bathroom and beds were clearly not completely cleaned and set -up from previous guest. Disgusting!
4. We professionally informed front desk by phone prior to checking out as to major flaws in room as compared to making our complaints in front of other desks. We were told by the Front Desk that Jay Gajjar, GM would call us and as of 10/30/2025 he never called or left a VM. He should have called and "comped" the room in an effort of goodwill.
5. We have stayed at other BW Hotels and never have experienced such unprofessionalism. We will never return to the Hunt's Landing Hotel Location and would have left ZERO Ratings if available. Next visit we will book a reservation at the Hampton Inn, next door.
