Decent hotel but I stayed on a bad night

Decent stay although it was expensive because there were a lot of events in the area that weekend. The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The biggest issue I had was that I couldn’t sleep because there were people running up and down the hallways and/or speaking loudly until at least midnight. That made the stay somewhat unpleasant.

The property was very nice and clean. There was a few things on the wall and scratches on the table in my room. I wish breakfast started at 6 AM. I wish there was an outdoor patio area but overall nice property.

Smoke smell in the lobby, corridors and in the room. My wife was coughing all night due to the smell. When we complained to the front desk next day, she said there's nothing that they can do. 15 minutes later, she's smoking right outside the door herself.

You really need signs that 13 and under must be accompanied by parent. It was a zoo. Kids running and screaming in halls till after 10pm. Treating the pony like a hockey rink. I’d never stay again due to the kids pressing every button in elevator playing on gym equipment screaming it was like a circus. WTH were the parents?
