The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and they have different flavored water in the lobby. However, this is our second stay and both times we did not have hot water on the second day we were there.

This was a beautiful hotel. It's a bit confusing the first time because it's only the fifth and sixth floors of a building and the parking for it is not in the same building. The availability of infused water at all times is lovely, and the room was superior. If we return to Pittsburgh, we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at Even was so enjoyable! Parking in the lot off Cherry will get you unlimited in/out access and it’s steps from the hotel entrance. I love the modern look of Even and I appreciated the entrance security features. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative! We booked the Deluxe King and it was really nice and clean- that bathroom shower was Heavenly and easily fit 2 ppl. The workout equipment in the room for early yoga was a nice touch! We didn’t get a chance to checkout the amenities but were told about the game room, dining options, and the 24hr gym. The only minus is the “city view” is just the parking deck across the street, but just look up or better yet, go outside!

I booked four nights but needed to leave one night early. The hotel refused to adjust the charge and instead explained how much money they would lose “if everyone did that.” This shows a complete lack of customer care and appreciation. The room was dark, with a window facing an interior courtyard so zero natural light. The lobby is on the 5th floor, so when you enter, you’re not even sure you’re in a hotel. Breakfast was included but absolutely inedible so we ended up eating elsewhere. For $400 a night definitely not worthy of the 9-star review. Overall a disappointing and overpriced stay.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. I was in town for Parent’s Weekend for my daughter who attends the University of Pittsburgh. Its location was close to the stadium and to my daughter’s house in Oakland. We drove from Long Island. The parking garage was across the street. Easy access and safe. We will be back! Thank you!
