Sleek and clean, but missing outlets

Very modern, clean hotel rooms. We were very impressed when we walked in our room. However, there seemed to be no outlets in the bathroom, which was weird since they offer a plug-in hair dryer, so unless the outlets were hidden enough that 3 adults and a child couldn’t find them, don’t plan on doing your hair at the bathroom vanity. Other than that, we loved the room and the aesthetic of the hotel.

Big bucks to stay here. Weirdest layout I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Do not pre-pay for your parking, you get a better deal just paying at the parking garage there… which is across the street from the hotel and that sucks. PPG ARENA is about a 20-25mn walk away- it’s close, but not as close as I thought. Breakfast was good and staff are as well. I could stay here again, but I would loook for a different place next time.

Don’t pay for upgrades.

The hotel was fine. When I booked I prepaid for a hot breakfast for 2 both days, except they didn’t actually serve a hot breakfast while we were there. They set out some free bagels but there wasn’t even a toaster. They said they would refund me the $60 and didn’t. I was supposed to have a city view but the view was mostly just parking garage. Other than that, the room was fine and the location was convenient. Parking was across the street but an easy walk.
