They had to change my room due to appliances not working and told me that i was getting a comparable room. The room they sent me to was significantly smaller and had a window to the atrium. It was very noisey. I was not happy. And they looked me straight in the face and told me it was the same room when it was not. Only after and in depth discussion with the front desk did they agree the room they moved me to was a significant downgrade. Had I not said anything i would have been charged the price for the more expensive room. It ended up being a little over $400 refund. I will not be staying here again.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Decor is fun and modern. You do hear the city noise since the hotel is only on the 5th and 6th floors so it’s not great if you are a light sleeper.

Finally made to a pens and pirates game

Was in town for Penguins and Pirates game. Both are less than a mile walk. Plenty of places to eat in the area whether you are looking for fine dining or your classic dive bar with solid pub food. Staff is friendly and helpful regarding things to do. I never ate at the hotel so no comment made there. Parking is across the street so that can be a pain if you have a lot of luggage. I would stay again.
