The staff was very hospitable and pleasant to work with. I came in exhausted and check-in was a breeze. I collapsed in a very comfortable and cozy bed.. I enjoyed a lovely shower and came down for breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite good, but the food that I selected was cold. That was a disappointment. I eat it nonetheless because I had to spend the day at the hospital and I knew I wouldn’t get another meal for most of the day. Again, the staff was gracious and accommodating.

The breakfast was same foods every day, coffee just like the warm water. I stayed for 3 nights and they don’t have housekeeping cleaning unless I make a request,the bath tub is slippery just like it has some oil drops in there. And I have charged for the WiFi 5$ , I thought it supposed to give me free WiFi.Every time I come to visit Pittsburgh I always stay here,but this trip is very disappointed
