The door to the room had a large gap at bottom of door jam which let light from the hallway in. Soap dispensers empty upon arrival. Jaquzzi broke. Overall better properties for the price.

It was clean enough. Curtain rod in the room was obviously broken. We checked in about 10:30pm and there was someone asleep on the bench outside. The pool door to The outside was wide open and the rear door to the property was unlocked. Security wasn’t the greatest. Rooms were joining room. Property only had one elevator working. General maintenance seemly needed.

This is a very clean, pet friendly hotel. Front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming. The pool is very nice, but a little small when there are a lot of guests utilizing the pool. There was a nice variety of breakfast options from eggs to waffles to cereal, coffee, tea with a variety of juices, etc. We had reserved a room requesting a bath tub with grab bars. When we confirmed our reservation with the hotel directly, the hotel associate assured us there were a few grab bars in the tub area.There were not. There was only one on the far wall. This made getting in and out of the tub a little precarious. We were only staying a few days so we made do. If our stay was going to be a little longer, we probably would have asked to switch to another room that would accommodate our needs better. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you are going to be in or around the Pittsburgh area.

Front desk clerk on arrival was rude, not customer friendly and seemed as though preferred to be elsewhere. Not welcoming, no smile, and seemed very put off by having to check us in.

The AC did not work. I reached the hotel late night at 1.30am and the receptionist was helpless. She promised next morning she will inform manager and get some compensation. But the manager was very rude and said since I booked via third party (hotels com) they would not compensate.
