The night front desk man was very nice… but the first night there the hotel didn’t have hot water for a shower. We were there for three nights without hot the shower was very very cold… I never saw any one working on it..

Our stay was great! Everything was modern, clean, and staff was friendly. Our only downside was that this hotel was advertised as a 13 minute walk to PPG Paints Arena, which was why we booked it. It turns out that it’s actually a 20-25 minute walk, and you need to walk up about 15 consecutive flights of stairs at one point. This was not ideal for us as we were dressing up for our event and wouldn’t be able to comfortably climb all of those stairs. The alternate walking route that didn’t involve stairs would’ve taken us through a very sketchy area. We ended up ubering to the arena instead of walking, which we didn’t want to have to do because we wanted to save some money. Luckily, the uber was not expensive at the time we chose to leave the hotel. But we booked this hotel because of the 13 minute walk advertisement and that was not the case. Just something to keep in mind if you’re looking to walk to an event at PPG from this location.
