Excellent staff. Choice of purchasing a breakfast or less expensive room rate. Room was comfortable. clean. Nice pool and other amenities. Also had nice sitting area with very good coffee and tea selection where family visited and also palyed card games. Will stay again when in this area. Usually come once a year in May to check on family graves in the area for Memorial day.

Overall good stay, except for mandated breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel and appreciate the close proximity to the casino. The room was clean and comfortable. Full room cleaning service wasn't provided, but they did bring fresh towels on our second day. One complaint would be charging us an extra 13 dollars per day per person for breakfast that we did not want or ask for. This was charged to our credit card, not part of the original cost of the room. I've never had my credit card charged an additional fee for continental breakfast before and found that practice to be tacky. I think this is a new procedure, and it was an unpleasant surprise to hear that my bill was going to be 60 or so dollars more than I was quoted because I was being forced to pay for food whether I ate it or not.

Repeat extended family stay. We enjoyed the hotel Sushi bar within the hotel restaurant. The sushi was served with knowledge and pride. We are new to this cuisine. Our questions were answered by the chef. Prompt friendly service. Great quality. The hotel rooms were comfortable and convenient walk to the casino .

Great place to stay but check your bill!

Place is awesome and excellent. However I have a bill for three days of breakfast buffet for my wife and I ($13.50x2+1.26tax for 3 days) total $86.00 for breakfasts we never sat down for. We have to imagine this was simply a mistake, instead of a hotel hoping we didn't “notice” the charges.

The room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work well, kept shutting off. The blind on the window didn’t close all the way and it was very bright outside even at night.

It was a nice place to stay. I didn’t think the gentleman that who checked us in was very friendly he talked very softly. He did give us info as to breakfast or other accommodations. I wasn’t impressed by his demeanor. They charged more to our credit card than what was on my receipt and didn’t explain why. When we checked out another gentleman let me know it was breakfast, which we did not use. He said it was on a sign. I’m sorry but it should have been explained to us. When you are older it is better to explain to your guest. Otherwise our stay was great

5 days and 5 phone calls later to claw back a “booked 3rd party automatically billed for breakfast at $13 a head” 4 calls went to the managers voice mail box that was full each time I called. Did get a refund eventually, but I clearly wasted a lot of time.
