Stayed here for a single with a friend. We were in town for a concert and this hotel was conveniently located just across the street from the venue. Aside from the convenience, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the overall conditions were satisfactory. Although, we had a room right next to the elevator and that was quite noisy but for one night, we wouldn't complain.

I valet my vehicle which was a rental. I handed the key to the attendant. In the morning the valet brought my rental up. Handed my key and I drove off and ultimately getting home to FL. Not knowing that the valet also took my key to my personal vehicle out of the console. My personal vehicle that is parked in FL. It has cost me significantly to go from MCO to my home then back again to get my vehicle with my spare key. All because of their mistake.

Didn’t have breakfast I had a handicap room and the shower wouldn’t drain and we had to stand in the gross water to shower. Bed felt worn out and old and for the price the hotel needs an update. Staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming Great location
