Compare Ski Hotels in Plainwell

I’ve never been to a hotel where you can’t check in after a certain time. Normal hours from my experience is checkin after 3pm checkout is 11am period. I arrived at the hotel a little after 1am and was told there was no staff and I could not checkin and I was on my own to find lodging for the night, even though I reserved and paid for the room(thanks Hotels.com) luckily a mile down the road was another hotel, the night clerk smiled when I explained the situation and replied “ this happens all the time” I will never attempt to stay at the hotel again. Hotels.com you owe me at least 2 free nights at a hotel of my choice and the rewards that I used to on the room. Let’s make it right

The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. There are several bars and restaurants on site. The hotel is within walking distance of many cute bars and clubs.
