Property is amazing. Truly unique experience. We unfortunately did need to move into a different room after the first night due to a plumbing issue, but that did not take away from the experience.

The only great thing about the property is it’s proximity to Xcaret Park. The rooms were moldy and musty. There was black mold in the restroom. The shower head was broken and could only be used in one position. The food was average at best. Definitely not worth the price.

Loved the location by the ocean in the middle of the jungle with so many wild life. It was spectacular as this property has some Mayan Ruins. Loved it.

I just found out that I was supposed to stay in the VIP section which it never happened. I requested it when I check in at reception and they told me that the VIP section was full!!

Beautiful resort

The resort is beautiful and you have access to the beach. Walking distance to Xcaret. The buffet food was bad, not many options and the food did not look fresh. The other problem that we had was the water pressure in the shower was horrible. In multiple occasions, while taking a shower the water was gone completely. It was reported but it was never fixed. The resort is HUGE, you need to use their trolly to move around the resort.

We loved this resort! The animals especially the monkeys, were amazing. Staff was great and the adults only pool with the fish was a highlight. Buffets were just ok but the other restaurants were very good, particularly the oriental. We all agreed we could return!

This was an amazing all inclusive in Mexico for the price, me and my husband went for our honeymoon and it was perfect and felt very safe. It is definitely more jungle with a side of beach but we personally loved it and seeing all the wildlife. We especially enjoyed the adults only salt water pool. Luis in the sports bar was fantastic and so personable, we came every night just to see him and so he could make us a special drink (he made the best drinks) Antonio who was working at the seafood restaurant was also great, he was so tentative and very friendly and we loved how he wanted to help us make it a night to remember;)🍹 Overall this was a beautiful place and me and my husband will definitely be coming back on one of our anniversaries!! (The only thing I have to say is the buffet was a hit or miss depending on the day but still good!:)

I liked everything except that they didn’t have good hot water for showers. I had to complain a few times. I got a bucket and tumbler and made hot water in the coffee pot severs coffee pot with water to take a bath. Wasn’t happy about that.
