Lovely Hotel surrounded by nature, great amenities and everything very clean! The best: we loved the sand beach (caleta) and the Beach Club, it's our favorite spot in the hotel for Breakfast and even Lunch. Service was 5* everywhere! What could be better: the entertainment at night is not the one of a 5* hotel, but there is always something to see. Also, the bar in the lobby has an extra cost and of course it is ALWAYS empty, guests have to go down the stairs for a coffe or a drink, which makes no sense for us... We noticed that this is a place to enjoy mostly the days, explore and relax, not the type of place for party and much entertainment at night. Our overall experience was great, very recommended!

This hotel is amazing, in the middle of the jungle (per say) so beautifully surrounded by nature, well maintenanced with lots of places to visit at walking distance, many breathtaking sceneries ( 5 min walk to xcaret show!!) The food is good, lots of options, transportation from and to airport, and activities. Plus much more!!! The hotel is very affordable for all it had to offer!!
Access to the beach with plenty of lounging, and a lagoon for kids.
