I enjoy the all-inclusive resort. I enjoy the swimming pool. The party pool was a lot of fun. 0 The staff really tried hard to entertain us and I enjoyed them bringing drinks to me. Also, the seafood buffet was excellent as all the other food in the buffet area. Also, the small Mexican restaurant by the pool is very very good. I went back there a few times. Also they made pizza by the pool which was excellent. The animals were very much a delight. Toca boat cruise to an island and it was tons of fun. His crew was very accommodating

Just got back from Ocean Maya Royale for a long weekend birthday trip- and it did not disappoint! All the workers were very kind and helpful. There was a mix up with our room which was quickly resolved and we ended up getting upgraded to an ocean view. There was a quieter pool area for relaxing and another one that had lots of activities and the swim up bar, so it had both options depending on what you wanted. All of the food was great- the main dining hall had diverse options and all the restaurants we dined at were excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

I like how even during seaweed season the staff was on top of cleaning up the seaweed!!! The food was good!!! There were even late night options like the sports bar and there was always something going on making it fun!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, food was delicious at El Charro and the buffet, the hibachi experience was nice, the rest of the restaurants were very decent. The staff was amazing, we really enjoyed Viri, she was very personable and friendly. She gave a coffee making class and pool entertainment. Kendall the main entertainer for many of the nights sang and danced his heart out, really amazing job. The beds were very comfortable, room service was good but limited options, i wish there were more snacks. Our tv was only in spanish but it didnt bother us much and i''m sure they would accomodate. Sound-proofing in the rooms is not great.

The food was fantastic...all of staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the lit up areas walking at night. Pool bar closing at 5 was a negative. Bedding and room all amazing. Super quiet well maintained resort. Beautiful.
