Unfortunately did not meet expectations. While the remodeled appearance of the property was acceptable, several issues made the experience unsatisfactory.
Upon arrival, we found hair on the floor of our room. Additionally, a pair of socks- clearly left by a previous guest- remained in a cubby for the entirety of our stay, even after housekeeping visits. The towels provided were insufficient in quantity and noticeable worn. When we requested toilet paper, we were informed that the hotel had run out, and I had to purchase some myself. Of the five rooms I reserved, two had non-functioning air conditioning. Despite notifying the front desk, no immediate action was taken. The staff member inspected the room but ultimately said nothing could be done. My son-in-law also approached the front desk and was ignored. The following day , my family members were moved to another room and given a $30-$40 breakfast voucher, which was inadequate compensation for the convenience.
I also observed that the room with the faulty air conditioning was reassigned to new guests the next day, who experienced the same discomfort and frustration. It appeared to be an ongoing issue without a proper solution.
Overall, while the remodel was decent, the mattresses were old, the amenities were lacking, and the cleanliness and maintenance standards were disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.
