Nice people working there. The place is ready for Board of Health to condemn. We changed our original room right after checking in as there was a 100+lb. dog nonstop barking. That was k. They put us in a total dump of a room. We didn’t notice anything until we came back from dinner and got in bed. I immediately had a Red Ant on my arm when I was under the covers. Freaked me out to fall asleep. The ceiling near me had a huge wet y low stain. Many more ceiling stains. The walls had flood stains from the ceiling that went down the walls. Next to it he air conditioner below/beside the window to the he wall was literally split patched, wet and still split. Picture show the split and rot! I used a cup to brush my teeth and left it by the sink. After a quick shower there was a red ant in the cup of water. We told the front desk and they moved us to a nice room. My question is, why did they put us in RM 338 if was rotting? Supposed they were going to take our first night (of three) off our bill. Never happened!! We paid more $1000 for 3 nights!! Never again!

Location was great what property was dreary and worn - needs updating, new furniture. Staying on the 1st floor is liking being in a basement and very damp. I'm sure due to pool view. The breakfast was horrible and not included with the room. However, staff (Bridgette) was wonderful.

Nice property right near the ocean. We stayed for my daughter’s soccer tournament so didn’t get to enjoy walking around town but I hear it is very nice to walk downtown and a lot of restaurants. The rooms are big we were able to bring our dog, which was really nice since we were away for the whole weekend. The pool was beautiful and heated. The hot tub was really nice when it was hot, but it wasn’t always hot. There is an ice cream place that you can want to right across the parking lot. And a liquor store right next-door. The staff at the front desk were very nice. Had a great stay here.

I never write reviews but I can't help it this time. Stained sheets , was it vacuumed ? I don't think so. Very dirty. House keeping walked into my room without knocking at 7:30 AM waking me up? No signs marking where your room is. Front desk worker seemed really angry. Very over priced for the quality of this hotel I will absolutely never stay here again.

Close to water & downtown. Not a good value though, four star prices for an older property, needs renovations. Most rooms face a pool with lot of kids screaming, amd a huge water slide amusement park type structure. Good for kids/families not for couples. The room didn't have any natural light, smelt musty, and was noisy. All for over $300/night, amd they were sold out. So, good for them, they must be extremely profitable. I wouldn't pay to stay there again. Guy at front desk was very nice.
