The property is in a good location. They were accommodating to allowing me to use their toaster as I was gluten free. However, there was no hot water in the morning for my shower. This was disappointing as I was going to an interview and fighting off a cold. I also would have appreciated an electric blanket and warmer bedding.

Such a great spot, sitting on Oriental Bay and with lovely sunny views! A comfortable hotel make incredible by the wonderful staff.. every one of them was exceptional!

Clean, could set up the temperature in the room and enjoy hot chocolate in the morning. Would be nice to have a little tube of toothpaste as we forgot ours and bigger towels.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was surprisingly quiet considering it borders the runway at the airport. The shower was amazing, a well designed room. The reception staff were friendly and very accomodating, it was a $14 uber ride into the cbd, we would difinately stay there again.
