Very spacious room but very tired. Ranchslider needed serious attention, some milk and coffee would have been nice and room was VERY noisy.

Excellent bed/bathroom, bar was a little disappointing as there was very little to choose from. Meals were very prompt for room service.

Internet didn't work inside the rooms, only outside.

I was particularly concerned that my credit card was taken into a separate room at check-in. Most irregular. It is hard to know if the property is being redecorated or just in a permanent state of decline. Cabinetry was falling apart, shower door was unhinged. New bathroom door was 1/2 painted. Windows were filthy. But .... new vinyl, carpet and microwave. Cleaning solution smell was overpowering. Plates were dirty in the cupboards. Don't think I will be staying again.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful with any needs that arose.
