There is just some household/maintenance issues to report: the downpipes on the bacony, especially the one by the hottub dripped very loudly, disturbing sleep. We put a towel under it to dampen the sound. Also there was no bathplug, so I could not take a bath. I only book rooms with baths, because bath not shower and it was not pleasant that I could not soak in the bath last night.

Due to flooding in Taree and the closure of the Pacific Highway, we were unable to arrive on the 21st of May. We contacted the reception at The Quay, and the staff were very understanding and professional. They responded promptly and efficiently, and we greatly appreciated their assistance in rescheduling our booking for two weeks later.

Comfy bed & clean sheets! Pillows a bit hard/old Kitchen always tidy & well cleaned. No light in the shower, poor water pressure/ old shower head, wobbly shower shelf, leaky shower door! Staff @ check-in are always happy & friendly!
