Room quality is above standard - neat and tidy, very few dirty spots. Hotel staff are friendly and willing to help. Hotel offers on site fitness room and swimming pool/hot tub. In the lobby there are plenty of tables and seats for you to chill out and relax as long as you like. There's a snack bar and restaurant if you want to grab something to eat/drink. Parking fee is $27/day which makes sense and it's safe to park your car there overnight. I suggest the hotel can provide guests with some necessities like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, water cups, etc. Will come back again.

Late concert, desk staff closed food store to work on paperwork. There was 4 different groups that would have like to stay at hotel and eat. Staff was not going to allow us to get food. I had 3 minor girls with me and had to drive somewhere to get them food then lost my hotel parking and had to park off road. Just was poor planning for staff to have closed when it was obvious concert had just ended short time before that. Not putting existing customers ahead of his “paperwork”. I’ve stayed many times for concerts and never been turned down for purchasing food from self serve market that is offered.it was obvious that us customers were annoying him.

We were here to attend a concert at the Moda Center. The hotel is very convenient- just a short walk to the venue. The restaurant/bar has good food at a fair price and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable!
