Ok stay…not great

When we got there, there was nobody at the check-in counter for 10 minutes. The person did not ask for our ID or our credit card just asked our names and checked us in. When we got to our room, it was the wrong room. We asked for two queen beds, we had a king bed and a pullout. The TV did not work when we called and ask for someone to fix it, no one came.

The staff was nice. There was makeup all over our hotel room. The bathroom light switch was covered in lipstick and same with the peep hole on the door, which the cover had been bent to stay open. Make up sponges were left on the floor under the sink area and it looked as though the room hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast was not good. We saw a woman acting very strange outside the building in front of the breakfast window. We could only assume it was due to drugs or mental condition. Gave us the feel it was not a great neighborhood.

Upon check-in on a Friday night I asked about the hot tub and was told that the pool area is being renovated but that I could use the hot tub no problem. When I went to use it, it was blocked off with out of order signs around it, and stayed that way the whole weekend. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut, slides open during a shower. The bathroom doesn’t have a door at all, it’s more like a barn-door that slides across. The body wash ran out and the cleaners didn’t notice to refill it. They also didn’t replenish the paper cups. The room did have a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast included was hot and decent on the weekend. Come Monday and there was still the hot breakfast but many of the other items were not available. These are the things that made the place meh to me. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The key system they have made me feel extra safe.

This hotel would be a perfect star, but I only give 3 stars for cleanliness due to there being strands of hair in our bed. Staff are nicer and food options are great, even the gym to the pool; it was great.

Friends birthday getaway

Not very pleased with this property. In the evening the pool was overrun with kids diving and doing cannonballs and no staff ever came to stop them. No towels in the pool area. Called front desk 6 times and all it did was ring off the hook. They cheaped out on insulation because in your room you can hear people talking in their rooms through the walls and the stomping on floors above is loud. The electric vehicle charger is a joke with their insane pricing. The breakfast buffet. Good god. Laid out poorly so the flow was a constant traffic jam. The area where the waffle makers were was a mess, and the mix was empty. Also, they apparently don’t police who is coming in to eat because there was 2 tables with homeless drug addicts eating the buffet food several plates at a time.. isn’t this for paying guests? Told the front desk about it all and as usual they give you a blank I don’t care stare.

Great location!

We found the hotel to be nicely appointed with amenities and the location was excellent. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. We were grateful it was pet friendly as our sweet Golden enjoyed his stay also. Overall, positive visit.

We had to change rooms since our bedsheets has stains and inside the sheets where it looks like it wasn’t changed or washed because it has a lot of hair. Not happy about it. They accommodate by switching rooms but then the room wasn’t fully stocked perhaps the Kleenex. Won’t be staying there again.
