I booked this hotel at the last stop for cross country trip. The plan was to drive 10 hours and end our trip with checking into our room and sleeping. Before I left from my original location I checked in virtually, feeling the property I was coming and when my expected arrival was. Because it was a very long drive, I was anticipating checking in late at night and gave them all this information. Flash forward to 15 minutes prior to my arrival at the property and I received a text message saying (and I paraphrase) that they’re sorry but they don’t have a room for me but they can still give me a ride from the airport. (I was driving and where were they going to give me a ride to if I was not able to stay on their property.

There appeared to be vomit on the curtains. I booked this room for an overnight day during spring break. I ended up buying a cleaner and spraying down the room. The floor seemed clean.

Excellent stay with location close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit on the small side. Close to lots of shopping and the breakfast was excellent with many great options.

Family of six stayed in a suite with two beds and pull out couch. Front desk was very responsive when we asked for extra linens for pull out couch at midnight. Would have been helpful if there was a sink outside of the toilet area. Hot breakfast was nice.

I was very shocked when I saw how dirty the room was. The hallway was horribly dirty too, there is no excuse for this place to be this dirty. We will never stay there again and I hope this will help other travelers to not make the mistake of staying here. I am going to call management to let them know how uncomfortable we were for our one night stay. The refrigerator in the room did not keep our drinks cold, there was big clumps of dirt/ hair in the bathroom and the rooms don’t have carpet and when we walked on the floor our feet turned black from the filthy floor. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. NEVER AGAIN
