Good place to stay in downtown.

I come to Portland almost every week. I only stay here occasionally, when I can walk everywhere for work, because the per day amenity fee completely puts The Zag out of my companies price range. I’d prefer to stay here because everything else’s is great: nice rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant.

Gonzaga game get away

We went down to Portland for a Zags game and of course had to stay at the hotel, very glad we did. it was a great stay, friendly staff great location clean welcoming rooms, great hotel all the way around. We definitely will plan on coming back again for the next adventure.

The hotel was nice they just need to improve in the cleaning, our tub was dirty it had dried up soap around the tub and found trash, other then that the staff was very nice and friendly.

Heater issue

HeateR doesn’t work for the first couple of nights , we were sleeping in cold . they tried to fix it the first night but still didn’t work . We finally got switched to another room , everything was fine after that .

I've been here a few times. It's really coming up to speed in terms of care and maintenance. Everything is very clean and comfortable. However, the room heat was off and it's pretty cold tonight. We've got the heat up but the room next store must be off and the cold is seeping through. We're ok but it's nippy.

There is no pool on site. 24hr fitness shares the facilities however they don’t give access to kids 13 and younger. We got this hotel because of the indoor pool and my child was not able to use

It is the first time there was no house keeping everyday. Also i would like to have clean towels everyday which was not happening. No proper instant coffee. It should have an adaptor for foreign customers. Anyway it was close to everything. That was the main thing. And not very far to walk to the restaurant or find our morning coffee from starbucks.

Me and my dog BLU

My stay was good. I wish they offered larger rooms for people traveling with large dog. The space was small for my large dog and I. The outdoor courtyard was nice, but there was no flat grass area to go do their business. Going outside at night so my dog can relieve himself is not very safe in that area.
