The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked real milk in the fridge and some toiletries such as body wash and shampoo.

The room was dirty and the floor was sticky. Over deodorized. 2 towels only for 3 people. Heatpump was in disrepair. Flaking paint. Outside was mouldy and unkempt. Looked like it was used for temporary/emergency housing. We would definitely not recommend to anybody.

I have stayed here before but unfortunately this time round it was a little disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t function properly so it was very hot and stuffy. When one of the neighbouring units showered there was a loud squealing noise coming from the pipes. And although we booked for 3 people, there were only 2 towels and flannels provided. The staff were lovely though and check in/out was quick and easy.

Does what it says on the packet. Cheap but functional- was a shame the room smelled like stale cigarettes but was fine for a place to rest my head between activities. The free parking was fantastic though. A bit tired and run down - shower was old and mouldy but pressure was great. Limited pillows and towels but for the price wasn’t too bad

Had to wait more than 40 minutes at check in time because the room wasn’t ready. VERY POOR customer service. Amenities are old and need renovating. Cleaning was terrible. The whole establishment is a major let down.

The room was shabby and really hardly clean when you opened the curtains the spa pool area was filthy sorry no other way to descibe it ,I don't mind old but no excuse for uncleanliness.

Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff were lovely, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. And we were close to the event we were attending over the long weekend. A few concerns though; there was no smoke detector in the rooms and there was no fire extinguisher/fire blanket. And there was no bin in the bathroom for female sanatory products.

Although everything appeared to be clean, found the stairs up to second floor not particularly safe. Bathroom toilet holder broken. No milk supplied and no cooking facilities. Outside presentation was very very unkempt and extremely shabby and alot of maintenance definitely required. I would not be staying there again and would not recommend anyone else to stay.

Place was not what i was expecting sheets had crumbs on the inside obviously not changed air conditioning was very had to get going then when It was it would stop. Overall look of the place was very run down along with the properties surrounding it would not recommend

Just a couple of things were a little bit dirty. There was a little bit of soil, grass and a leaf on the floor and the cutlery and dishes needed to be rewashed before we could use them. The whole place could do with a refresh but for the cheap price it was fine. The person who checked me in was very nice, kind and patient. I was very tired and sad as my dog was in surgery getting an amputation so I was grateful that our host was really nice.
