The property was in an ideal location on the river. The view from our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again when I’m Porto. The breakfast was very nice, although you the staff were a little disorganized. You had to be be on your toes for service.

At check out, told that was not charged the right amount at check in and needed to pay more. Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
