Péssima experiência

Pelo menos a nossa experiência em relação a hospedagem no quarto 117 foi péssima, o quarto é muito antigo , quando chegamos o quarto cheirava mofo,móveis estavam estufados , na hora de tomar banho a água empossa dentro do box que seu pé chega a ficar coberto de água, a cama é uma cama padrão com colchão desconfortável Acredito que um dia o hotel tenha sido muito bom porque ele é grande e tem uma ótima localização para quem gosta do agito fica a alguns passos do Axé Moi Mas também acredito que durante esses anos não teve manutenção e ele se tornou no que é hoje Quando saímos de casa, pagamos ( e não foi barato ) para termos um conforto e se sentirmos em casa , más não foi possível O único ponto positivo é o atendimento dos colaboradores desde o check in até o checkout e as meninas do café da manhã que fazem tapioca e omelete na hora são bem atenciosos e prestativos Eles não tem culpa estão fazendo o seu serviço corretamente, a falha está na administração do hotel que deixou e deixa o hotel chegar nas condições NÃO indico ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel
