Ruim. A maioria dos hotéis o checkin é as 14:00h e qdo se chegas umas 12:00h eles autorizam a gente entrar ou deixar as malas na recepção. Não autorizaram entrar. Perfeito. Autorizaram deixar as malas na recepção. Perfeito. Contudo, um sujeito antipático estava na recepção. Sem muito papo.À tarde, desci e perguntei se o café da manhã eles poderiam antecipar para as 6:30h e não 07:00h , haja vista muitos hóspedes ali iriam prestar provas para o concurso da Defensoria Pública. O hotel estava repleto de concurseiros para fazer a prova no domingo dia 01/06/2025; disseram que iriam ver com a direção e que receberia resposta no email. Fiquei o dia todo e noite esperando resposta no email e não responderam e qdo desci e pergunte já à noite do sábado eles ainda não sabiam responder.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Na primeira, foi fantastico do inicio ao fim, o buffet do cafe da manhã estava impecavel. Ficamls 4 dias e todos os dias havia um Chefe de cozinha coordenando tudo e nao deixando faltar nada na mesa! Ja esta segunda vez, percebi uma desorganizacao desde q cheguei . Durante 2 dias tivemos que trocar de quarto 2 vezes porque o ar-condicionado nao funcionava direito. Fora a isso, o café da manhã ja deixou a desejar . Faltava muitos alimentos na mesa e as funcionárias pareciam meio perdidas durante o café da manhã. Enfim, espero que tenha sido uma situacao pontual e volte a ser como antes!
