Our welcome and check in was very friendly and efficient. The room was a decent size and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine and couldn’t take it with us. There was a little noise from trams passing by but it didn’t keep us awake. A very pleasant stay.

Broken hot water, poor internet, no water one day and no parking onsite was not expected for the amount we paid to stay here. I was very unhappy that you charged me more than I paid at my 5 star Hotel in Hamburg for water and parking, and without tell me the cost beforehand. I assumed parking would be free because of the inconvenience. Otherwise it was an amazing hotel, however I think for the price I will stay elsewhere in the future.
