Hotel is very tired. Cleaning staff kept it quite clean but sheets on bed come off and you end up with your face directly on a used mattress - pretty icky. Reception staff a bit hit and miss for helpfulness (older one had a bit of an arrogant attitude but did provide assistance while younger one was very helpful and kind). I wouldn't stay again but it's not the worst ever. Overall, 2.5

I LOVED my room. I had a kitchenette, a full tub in the bathroom with strong water pressure...always a plus. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again!!

Good Location with False Advertising

They offer “private parking,” but apparently only an extremely limited number of spaces so when we arrived they told us we had to park in a garage 30 min away from the hotel at more than double the daily rate. Then their reception only works 1000-1600 so leaving luggage before 1000 is not possible. The room was fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. Great location with easy access to trams, food options, and various attractions.
