Overall, the property was just ok. Outside it is very loud and very busy. It is right at a tram/bus stop. Inside the lobby it is nice, clean and modern. As for the room. We had a 2-room suite which looked very nice, but the furniture was awful. The bed and couch are rock hard. They really need to do something about this. We will not return and cannot recommend for this reason alone. Shower only has small 1/3 pane of glass wall, so water gets everywhere while bathing and tub wall is up high so it’s hard to get in and out and it's dangerous without any type of hand hold or grip. Breakfast is why people seem to book this place, and I have to say it was pretty decent with a ton to choose from. The staff was my favorite part of the Grandior. Everyone was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
