Room was quiet despite the hotel being on a busy street. The room and bathroom were spacious. The dining area for breakfast was large and had a good selection of breakfast including many vegetarian options.

The hotel is a little on the older side but it was overall clean and at a convenient location. You will have to buy your own tissue and they don’t have a microwave in the room. However, one of the people at front desk provides excellent information and customer service which was really helpful in having a more comfortable stay.

Hotel staff were always helpful & knowledgeable, breakfast was amazing with many selections to choose from at the buffet. House keeping were efficient & polite. Room was large & clean, separate bathroom was good as well. Just a short walk (10 min) to the river & tram stops, taking you to the main attractions. King Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock etc. A nice hotel overall, highly recommend.

The hotel staff all very pleasant and welcoming. Very spacious and comfortable room. Great location for walking and public transport. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of hot, cold, fresh fruit and cakes.

We picked Hotel Caesar Prague due to its convenience of location and amenities, however we found the staff somewhat lacking at times, which I will detail here. Free Airport Shuttle: The driver accidentally took a wrong exit, almost crashed us into the median slowing down, then backed up onto the freeway and proceeded to the hotel. Suffice to say, my fiance and I were quite on edge for the rest of the ride. Despite being a free service, our safety shouldn't have been compromised. Free Weekend Tour: The first half of the tour went well until 12:00, when the tour guide did not stop for lunch and instead continued on across the bridge and towards St. Vitus. When we pointed this out to him (despite lunch time being included) he issued us an ultimatum, saying that those of us who wanted to leave the tour to have lunch could. Again, this is a free service, however we didn't deserve to be treated this way, especially considering the elderly in our group. If we had continued we would have been walking for 4 hours straight. Sauna: There's more to it than I have space to detail here, but both times I requested the sauna I found it to be locked. The first time was a simple walk to the desk to let them know, however the second time there was a slight translation issue that resulted in them cutting me off multiple times while I tried to detail the issue, rudely laughing in my face, ripping my key card out of my hand, and rudely showing me to the sauna as if I had never seen it before.
