I did not buy the breakfast. The room was immaculate. The staff were very helpful and and even took a new suitcase from a delivery person and held it all afternoon while I was out, since the airport had broken my old suitcase. I was very comfortable here and will come back again.

Hotel Bologna was a wonderful hotel. It was close to a number of attractions. Incredible restaurants, shops, walkable and safe. The rooms were spacious and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and we also had dinner at the adjoining restaurant. Alec was especially attentive and his recommendations were perfect.

Good hotel in Old Town. Close to everything. There is parking but call ahead to reserve one of their limited spots. Staff was friendly and helpful.No complaints.

I went in December and the room gets way TOO HOT. I had to sleep with the windows open and actually just ended up keeping them cracked most of my stay. Even when i shut the heat off, the heat was pumped so intrusively from the hallways that i could not be comfortable sleeping without the window open. And of course out the window was nothing glorious to see. Decent breakfast but gets overcrowded with entitled tourists. Options arent that vast like i seen others state 🤔 but definitely american style hotel buffet Overall great location next to Old Town Square and nice staff but yeah the heat pretty much ruined most of my comfort. And i could hear conversations of the people next door way too clearly, no privacy for sound

The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast was consistently delicious, and the room was perfect for our needs. The only suggestion would be to make sure both breakfast rooms had the same food offerings. Over easy eggs and heart waffles were only available in the restaurant side and since you were directed where to sit, you didn’t have the full options. But this is a small suggestion and we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for access to all the sights but slightly removed for quieter streets. We would stay here again!

Good hotel, good location

The first day our room was cleaned but the next two days we left the hotel by 8:30am and didn't return until 3:30pm and room was not cleaned at all. Housekeeping knocked on our door ten minutes after returning asking us if we wanted cleaning then which we didn't since wanted to take a nap at that point. They were on the floor cleaning when we left in the am and still when we returned on same floor so not sure why didn't clean our room. There was no sign saying they didn't clean for environmental reasons and they had cleaned the first day. The food at breakfast was a good variety but you needed to get to the breakfast area by 8am or would wait in a line to be seated. The hotel was quite busy for breakfast but a lot of food was available so that was good. The location was good for accessing all the sites and the rooms very spacious. The shower didn't drain well though. Overall was a good hotel that I would stay at again but I would make sure to specify room cleaning and check shower drain. Front desk staff very friendly as was all other staff.

The room was comfortable — nice beds and bathroom. Breakfast was great. I especially enjoyed the fruits and vegetables. Location is perfect for walking to the inner old city and the castle.

Our room was clean and plenty of room for luggage and a stroller. Mini fridge was cold enough to keep milk cool through the night. The AC worked well when needed during the day. The included breakfast was great, enough options for my family, including a toddler. Staff were constantly replenishing items and cleaning. Staff was very accommodating and nice. We would definitely return again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel Bologna the breakfast options were amazing such a large variety on offer. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and those pillows were amazing didn’t want to get up in the morning. Great location so close to everything all in walking distance. Would go back for sure.
