Hotel has a good location, room was comfortable. A couple of issues though, breakfast was always extremely busy an the noise from the ground floor courtyard outside our room was very loud. Mainly staff coming and going with Laundry and deliveries!

Traveling with family. This was a very convenient, pretty, and enjoyable hotel. It's location is great, once we parked (the hotel staff assisted us with the city parking app) we never moved our car again. Rooms are cuter and well stocked with coffee, water kettle, fridge, and sink area. Honestly, the hotel breakfast is fantastic. There's a wonderful selection of cold and hot items, pastries, cold cuts, salads, fruit, and dessert selections, as well as juice and coffee. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast featured different items each day. We did have an issue during our stay, which the staff worked quickly and efficiently to solve for us. All in all would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting.

The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. The hotel is generally very good but for a 4 star hotel I would have expected water to be supplied in the room as well as an iron and ironing board in the room.

It's a grand building, with furniture and fittings to match. A welcoming feel all round. Quality breakfast. We had a triple room, so spacious comfortable with everything you need including seating, a kitchen and dining table. Was 4* standard and everything was in good order. From location everything was walkable. If I can do it with a pushchair you can too. Prague was unforgettable and hotel exceeded expectations

Convenient location, great breakfast although slightly chaotic. Slight concern with security as rooms can be accessed without going through reception and keys must be left at reception but can be received without any verification.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection of czech food and it's included by the way. It's also about location,location. If ever I'll go back to Prague i will surely stay there again.

The location was excellent. Convenient to shopping attractions and eateries. The room didnt have a lock in the bathroom, ceiling showed signs of leak, carpet had spots. There was constant disturbance of drilling, and hammering. Bathroom was extremely congested and had a weird object that looked like a little toilet in addition to the big toilette. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh, delicious and had great selection. There was street parking which we had to pay to the city for. the streets were very narrow so we were concerned about the car being left out. walkable to all main attraction.
