Lovely hotel, helpful staff with an excellent breakfast buffet. The only drawback was the climb to the room, as there’s no elevator. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

The location and rooms are excellent - spacious with good bathrooms, but no aircon in some. The key issue is no lift and our rooms was 84 steps up to the 4th floor. This is a game changer when it comes to using the hotel, since "popping back to the room" becomes an expedition. We also suffered low hot water pressure which meant cold showers. The breakfast is good and the waiters are fab. The management dismissive of any issue.

Loved it but I had failed to notice that they don't have a lift and I am 85. The staff were very understanding and moved my booking from floor four to floor two. Even 2 floors was tricky but outside of that the place and staff were fantastic

Great hotel and perfect location

It is amazing how a hotel of this quality is tucked away at the door step of Old Town and the Charles Bridge. We had a small problem at the beginning but the staff went above and beyond to correct it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions like the Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and the Mirror Chapel where we watched the concert by the Royal Czech Orchestra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were a variety of food selection at the breakfast buffet. Just a few points for improvement --- the coffee machine wasn't working and the internet was intermittent. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel.

Great location. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Tasty food with lots of options. Received complimentary gift on birthday. Hotel is central to all the action, as expected noise could be heard from outside, however ear plugs were supplied and did not impact our stay at all.
