Beautiful hotel seconds from main square.

I was really blown away with the service, friendliness, location, and appearance of the hotel. I have stayed in Prague three times before and have paid the same for such mediocre accommodations, whereas this one was so luxurious. The front desk was able to check us in early and bring our bags to the room. The hallways are wide and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very pleasant. The location was so close to the main area, but tucked just enough in a small street that it remained peaceful and accessible.

We were upgraded to a spacious family room and were presented with a glass of sparkling wine at checkin. Very nice, clean boutique hotel within walking distance to Old Town, Mucha Museum, lots of restaurants and shops. Good Chinese restaurant( Cinska ) about a block away). We had Breakfast included which was plentiful and varied.

Great hotel situated in the old town, 5-10 minutes walk to the Charles bridge and old town square, spacious en suite rooms with a safe, mini bar/fridge, kettle, hairdryer and TV, good breakfast with hot and cold options, my room was cleaned every day, lastly the staff were fantastic, i would definitely stay here again.☆☆☆☆☆

I booked this for the affordability but was delightfully surprised by the quality. Bubbles offered upon check-in. Rooms were ready early when we arrived -and were large and well- appointed by European AND American standards. I so appreciated the large electric tea pot and tea and instant coffee offerings. There is a stocked mini- bar, but we just used it to chill powerades we bought. The employees were so helpful and polite, and the breakfast buffet - with white linen- was a great beginning to our days there! Also, a few weeks before our trip, I messaged the hotel about hiring a driver and car to visit Karlovy Vary. They arranged this for me for my family of 4, and it was affordable and preferable when compared to a tour, and the driver was at the hotel early for pickup and picked us up on time and at the end of our great day in Karlovy Vary, and he charged exactly what the hotel quoted. Sidenote: This hotel is very quiet, walkable from many areas of interest and though it has an intriguing history (former convent and was the location of the secret police headquarters during communism with a jail in the basement - according to the newspaper article on the wall in the hallway off the courtyard), but it was light, airy, and a total delight. I recommended it to family members who have an upcoming trip to Prague.
