The breakfast buffet provide variety choice of food. The hotel is super nice, well equipped. The private beach along with the swimming pool and lazy river is the highlight part for my family during the stay.

The room was filthy… dust everywhere. Doors- disgustingly dirty. Carpet filthy and stank of mould meant to be clean for praying can’t imagine last time it was washed or cleaned. Balcony dirty. Furniture in the room was so outdated and falling apart. Dust everywhere in the room including corners and around the bed. Behind the cabinets. Broken wardrobe doors Dirty curtains Phone constantly flashing message throughout day and night but no message Cockroach in room Control Buttons not working properly Bath was leaking- fixed 2nd time of asking then smell of sealant for days. Toilet leaking not been fixed we mentioned this on day 2 Terrible shower pressure One time we were given hand towels throughout a 5 night stay. Smell in bathroom- mould Hallway outside room smelt of urine Breakfast- Terrible quality of produce. Watered down yoghurts and juice Bakery is not fresh made- budget supermarket quality. Breakfast staff are slow and uninterested. Beach parasols- full of holes. SunBeds ripped and poor quality. Aircons around hotel leaking. Reception is a circus and far too busy and no ones ever at guest relations 5 Star Hotel?? Please!!! 3 star at best. Was told a manager would come and speak to us about a cockroach being in the room but no one came and no one cared. The Ula beach restaurant was nice only positive thing I can say. Good location but traffic is a nightmare in the evenings getting off the palm. Don’t stay Don’t waste your money on this hotel!!

There is nothing special that deserves paying this amount of money for a standard room. The booking said a private beach when the beach is shared with other buildings and other hotels.

This place is absolutely amazing. The hotel has a lazy river, the beach bar and restaurant is amazing. The infinity pool and view is out of this World. The staff is so kind.

Hotel is quite run down outside of the lobby. Rooms were big but alot of the switches didn't work in the rooms. We didn't have enough hot water each day for two people to shower. So someone had to have a cold shower each day. When complaining to the hotel we were told to have shorter showers or wait longer for more hot water to heat up. Even though we left the hot water switch on for overnight for 7hours. Very poor reaction from the hotel reception team. Beach is lovely and the staff on the beach are really friendly and helpful that was the main positive from the stay.

We stayed for a total of 6 days and during 3 of those 6 days they didn’t clean the room even though we requested it. We were gone all those days for at least 6-8 hours. Then they came to our room late at night and claimed they had stopped by an hour prior but I was asleep (which was a lie - I have young children and they were wide awake bouncing off the walls). Just know that if you go there, you should expect to do your own cleaning and that your room will smell musty when it’s not cleaned.
