I would have given it a 5 but this is 3 different hotels in a row that the conditioner container in the shower was empty. I am sorry but that should be on a check list every day when cleaning.

The staff were lovely and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage in a room until check in time as I arrived early. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Very close to the airport and the train line into Oslo if you have time to kill before another flight. Had dinner at the restaurant on site and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately I did notice some dirt and a red stain on the carpet near one of the beds so it looks like it wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned properly.

Ok, but not value for money

Whilst the purpose of the stay was just a few hours of sleep between flights, there were issues with the room. First, door to bathroom was tough to close and stuck. Also, the thermostat could not be adjusted leaving the room a bit warm, and the light on the screen kept lighting up every minute disturbing our sleep

Got to hotel very late at night- got a key that didnt work twice and had to go down to get new key 2 times until the staff came to help open the room- they had given us the wrong room with someone else sleeping in the room which they woke up… eventually ended up in a room not what we had ordered with 2 single beds i stead of a queen..
