Budget stay hotel, worth the money. Taxi into Preston. Decent bar, just not enough staff at breakfast, waited over 45 minutes to get fed. All in all decent stay

The breakfast was nice. The room had a special aroma. It was like it was overly bleached to hide the smell of sewage or mould. I arrived late so i hoped i would get used to it but I woke up with the same smell. I would be keen to know if other people have complained about room 134.

Spa was lovely, clean and fantastic facilities. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed. The orangery had to be the highlight. The food is incredible!

Great stay, the room had everything we needed. We made use of the spa too, it was only small but for £10pp it was great value

Beautiful throughout

Lovely location, and rooms never disappoint. Comfortable, quiet and well-supplied. The restaurant downstairs is fabulous and well worth a visit.
