Great memories

We have been to this hotel many times in the last 4 years, due to daughter being at Uni. This stay was no exception to our previous stays. Friendly reception team, lovely clean room. Great stay etc. Only difference this time was the breakfast had a much more limited variety compared to normal. But that didnt ditract from our lovely stay. Thank you for 4 years of hosting us.

Graduation perfect location.

We have stayed here previously when visiting our daughter in Preston. The hotel is pleasant and has everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay which was also, good. This was the perfect location for graduation as it was just a 5/10 minute walk. What stops it being excellent. No air conditioning in the room, though there is a fan. The beds are nice and firm though just to firm for the Mrs. For the price it is excellent to very good in our opinion.

What a lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff I’ve stayed a few times and there’s been a recent upgrade, which has lifted the rooms, very comfortable beds! Maybe bring back the biscuits in the room 😉

Very comfortable bed and clean. Great to park there and very short walk to nearest pub. Liz on reception is helpful and is a credit to Legacy hotel. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel but minor issue with cleanliness

Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was OK although I'm not sure it had been cleaned properly before my visit as I found signs that suggested it hadn't been vacuumed correctly. I did intend mentioning this at reception but got distracted unfortunately and forgot.
