Lovely staff, checking in was easy and lovely welcomed by gentlemen at desk, he even ordered us a taxi as we were running late. breakfast is superb. Highly recommended this hotel and will return . Thank you for having us.

Staff great, room was large, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Could have done with a walk in shower instead of bath shower but the shower itself was awesome. The usb port by the bed would have been great if you could use it without the light on! The free WiFi was good in the lobby but woefully slow in the room. Couldn’t watch a YouTube video without buffering!

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent when checking in, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, only thing that would’ve been a good edition was a wider selection of fruit. Parking is a definite benefit over other hotels in the area. The close proximity to the university and city centre were also a massive benefit.

Lovely hotel for Preston

Friendly hotel in great location to the centre and university. Staff look after everyone and a decent bar and breakfast if needed. Would definitely stay here again.
