Good breakfast. Large bright rooms

First time in 20 years having trouble with management. Said there was no different room inside the building for access to pool then my niece calls and gets a room inside. My mom is a handicapped elder and it took a few days to get her moved into a handicapped room inside the building. She was there for medical reasons but was there a couple days early and had a low rate. Manager changed her rate to $135 which is higher because she heard it was for medical reasons. We were shocked and then were told we can’t back track and give you back that lower rate for those two days. So rude.

The staff was exceptional.

Not having breakfast included is tough for young families. Otherwise, it is a good clean hotel in a safe area.

Late night and morning staff helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly - we appreciate all those qualities! Thank you Prestige for another great stay in a very comfortable, clean and well set up room!

Hotel and room was excellent. The provided breakfast was disappointing. Low levels of food what was there seemed to be sitting for a while. All in all stay was great
