Friendly, clean, comfortable. The bed is super comfy! There is an excellent spot for a chair in the room (besides the desk chair) which would be a good addition to an otherwise very good experience. Parking is a bit of a pain but not unexpected for downtown location. Very enjoyable stay!

It was very loud inside the rooms and outside. The parking in the park aid is inconvenient. The area it is located in less than desirable location. Made me feel uncomfortable and not safe to be out.

Great staff and value

I was at Ramada, Prince George, with my small dog, for almost a month while undergoing medical treatment. I found everything about my stay to be great. The most important thing is that the entire staff were kind and caring. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, security guard and employees of the Starbucks in the lobby were all very kind and friendly.

Overall not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but far from the best even at this price point. My biggest complaint is the useless renovations: bathroom door doesn't lock; the bathroom wall closest to the beds is glass so anyone facing it gets woken up and blinded if someone uses it during the night; the shower doesn't seal and leaks water all over the floor; 8 towels provided but only one hook to hang anything on (not even a towel bar for the hand towel); and the curtain did not cover the whole window so there was bright light in the room by about 6:30 AM. I really don't understand the logic behind renovating hundreds of rooms without testing actual functionality of the first one. Hotels have been around for long enough that there's no excuse for these very basic mistakes! Also disappointing to specifically book a hotel with a pool/hot tub only to find the hot tub is out of order (looks like it has been for a long time); the lack of snacks from the front desk at night was also annoying (only chocolate bars, not even a single bag of chips), especially considering the area around the hotel doesn't have much of anything open at night and is not a place you want to walk around much if you can help it... The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, but unfortunately I won't be staying here again.

Great hotel in downtown area. Very bright welcoming lobby. Friendly shd helpful staff Lovely to have Starbucks in the lobby. Parking is in a separate parkas across on 5th-3rd level-. Just stay to the right from parking entrance. Need your hotel room to get into parksddv building. Lots of 3 hour street parking, A few great restaurants within walking distance-Crossroads Brewery, The Keg, PG Tasty Bites( Indian) MainThai. to name a few. Coolest room feature was the bathroom glass-turns opaque when the bathroom door is closed. At first I thought it didn’t have the privacy needed if there were 2 people. The Studio room was spacious with a desk and sofa. Perfect for business need. Could have used a microwave,
