Facility appeals to a sense of security. Staff seems preoccupied upon check-in, parking is in the next block and all of the "unloading parking spots are taken by cabs and overnight parking.making luggage transport a chore, in room shower is small with slick tile floor and no grab bars and no way to secure the shower door.

No handicap parking. Had to park in a parkade across the street. Walk across the street, go through the back entrance of the hotel and down a very long hallway. The bathroom has a glass wall that goes opaque when the sliding door is firmly shut. However it did not slide very well and it took two of us to lose it. Had to call maintenance twice. The other problem were the blinds they did not shut. I had to download an app to do our laundry, the staff told me to download “the app”. I spent quite a bit of time downloading the Wyndham app and went to the desk for some help.l said again all I want to do is my laundry. She gave me Wyndhams phone number. Went back to the desk with my phone with the downloaded app and I asked again, now how do I use this to do my laundry. She said that is not the app you need. Eventually I had assistance from a very nice housekeeper, who was brand new to the job. I think her name was Monicia. She should be on the front desk. I was beyond stressed by the time our stay was over. I am not happy with this Ramada in Prince George. Everyone has had a good laugh about the glass wall. How ridiculous. I have never seen something so stupid.

In a renovated room, the rooms are so comfy. A little tricky with the lighted windows / door in the rooms otherwise enjoyed out stay. Close to downtown and places we wanted to check out. The parking is kind of hard, I don’t like walking back and forth to the parkade.

Had an incident with check in. Was given our key card to our room to which we entered and found out it’s already been occupied. Went back to the front desk and was given an upgrade to a bigger room for the inconvenience but the room was very outdated. Went back again to request a room similiar to what I originally booked for but no single king beds were available anymore.. to which we had to settle for two queen beds. Front desk was very easy to handle with though which was much appreciated. Room cleanliness could have been improved upon. There was hair in one of the queen beds and boogers stuck on the wall above the bedframe. Other than that, cleaning crew did a good job.

The shower and bed were comfortable, but water was leaking from the shower into the living area. I was happy to see bottled water when we entered the room for the first time, but we didn’t receive more the next day.

The jr suite was very nice and clean. Parking was in separate building and the the local displaced people are everywhere in the vicinity.
